I have been drawing since I was a little girl, growing up in Philadelphia, PA (where my favorite television show, and earliest artistic influence, was Gene London's Cartoon Corners General Store). I studied art at Maryville College, in Maryville, TN and began my art career as a paste-up and graphic artist in Atlanta, GA (old school paste-up by the way - with spray glue, sheets of set type and a T-square) before concentrating on freelance art and illustration work. Color or black & white, pencil, ink, paint or scratchboard. Giant walls or small logos. Any place where words and pictures meet. And sometimes... the picture says it all.
